One-on-One 1hr Personal Training session. Client is given a fitness assessment and a program is developed with suggested nutritional plan. Suggested training sessions at least 2 times per week .

Includes access to on-line portal with exercise library, weekly check-ins, suggested nutrition plan, monthly stats updates.

$50.00 additional per session for "In-Home" Personal Training (NYC/NJ Only)
